| Kansas City, MO (MySportsbook) - Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Cameron Sheffield has been released from the hospital after suffering a neck injury in Friday's preseason game against Philadelphia. Sheffield, who has movement in all his extremities, suffered the injury in the third quarter of Friday's contest when he was involved in a helmet-to-helmet collision. He was then immobilized and carted off the field. Sheffield was a 2010 fifth-round pick out of Troy. |
